How many people can attend a session?

Do I need to have yoga experience?
Not at all. Sessions are designed to be accessible to all levels, including beginners.
What do participants need to bring?
Participants should bring:
Comfortable clothing
Water
A yoga mat if they have one*
*Mats and basic props may be available depending on the package selected.
How far do you travel?
Rolling Om serves Bowling Green and surrounding areas. Travel beyond the standard service area may include an additional travel fee.
How do I book a session?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the timeframe outlined in your booking agreement. Specific details will be included in your confirmation. Most experiences require a deposit at booking, with full payment due 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes! Gift certificates are available and must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Do participants need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Each participant must complete a waiver before the session.
Will photos be taken during sessions?
Photos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
Participant privacy is always respected.
Identifying features will be avoided or blurred when possible.
Full images or names will never be used without consent.
