Host Agreement
Rolling Om Yoga Studio – Host Agreement
This agreement is between Rolling Om Yoga Studio (“Instructors”) and the booking contact or venue (“Host”) for a scheduled yoga or wellness session.
Space and Environment
The Host agrees to provide a safe, appropriate, and unobstructed space for the session. The Host is responsible for the condition of the venue, including flooring, lighting, temperature, and any environmental hazards.
Participant Waivers
The Host agrees to ensure that all participants complete the required Rolling Om Yoga Studio liability waiver prior to the session.
For any participant under the age of 18, the Host is responsible for ensuring the waiver is completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
If participants are added, replaced, or substituted, the Host is responsible for ensuring each new participant has completed a valid waiver before taking part.
Rolling Om Yoga Studio is not responsible for verifying participant identities or managing individual waiver completion at the time of the event. Participation may be declined if a waiver has not been completed.
Participant Responsibility
The Host understands that participants take part voluntarily and are responsible for their own health and physical condition. The Host agrees not to encourage or require participation from anyone who has not completed the waiver.
Photography Acknowledgment
Host understands that photos or short video clips may occasionally be taken during the session for promotional purposes by Rolling Om Yoga Studio. Participant privacy will be respected, identifying features will be avoided or blurred when possible, and full images or names will never be used without consent.
Host agrees to inform participants in advance and will notify the instructor if any participant prefers not to be photographed.
Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the session date and time.
The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
If full payment is not received by that time, the session may be released or canceled.
Liability
The Host agrees to release and hold harmless Rolling Om Yoga Studio and its instructor from any claims or damages arising from:
the condition of the venue
actions of participants
environmental or property-related hazards
except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
